Centrepiece of east London development will be 33-storey block

Plans to build a 33-storey tower at Canning Town in east London have been given the green light by Newham council.

The Manor Road masterplan will include 800 homes and is being masterminded by the English Cities Fund, a joint venture between Morgan Sindall’s developments arm, Muse, Homes England and finance giant Legal & General.
