Canary Wharf unveils debut build-to-rent project

Scheme has been designed by Grid Architects

Canary Wharf Group’s new build-to-rent arm Vertus is launching its first development early next year.

Called 10 George Street, the development (centre) features 327 flats ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments and is one of three build-to-rent schemes launching across the estate next year.
