Paul Smith and Rob Frank have joined the fit out specialist
Fit-out contractor BW has recruited two former Morgan Sindall directors to its board.
Ex-Morgan Sindall chief executive Paul Smith is joining £110m-turnover BW as its new chairman. He was chief executive of Morgan Sindall for ten years before departing in November 2012.
Smith then joined Willmott Dixon in June 2013 as boss of its support services business and he remains chairman of the business, recently rebranded as Fortem.
Smith is joined at BW by Rob Frank, who has left Morgan Sindall after 16 years to become customer experience director at the fit-out firm.
Frank held several positions during his time at Morgan Sindall including managing director construction east responsible for London, Cambridge, Herts and East Anglia and perfect delivery director. At BW he will also be responsible for delivering projects defect free at practical completion.
BW chief executive Steve Elliott said: “Both appointments reflect BW’s ambition to deliver an exemplar service to our clients. Rob’s experience at driving value through the supply chain and Paul’s perspective, judgment and counsel adds enormous value to our present board of directors.”
