Rider Levett Bucknall has won contracts on two conservation and regeneration projects valued at more than £67m.
The cost consultant will provide quantity surveying services to the £62m National Wildlife Conservation Park in Bristol and will assist grant applications for the £5.4m regeneration of Darnall Works in Sheffield.
The 55ha park will be the first animal visitor attraction with a sustainability theme. Work will start in 2009.
The Darnall Works are 19th century crucible steelworks, which are being redeveloped by Mayflower Developments. Rider Levett Bucknall will provide cost appraisals for funding. Its Birmingham office has also received a “Big Tick” award for pro-bono advice to local community projects.
