Architect Peter Meacock Central Workshop has submitted plans for the redevelopment of the Sheldon & Bush Shot Works, one of Bristol's landmarks. Hyland Properties bought the property, which includes a 43 m-high grade II-listed tower and a base building of 370 m2, last year. The building will have a striped, coloured glass facade and there are plans for three storeys of offices and car parks. The proposals have been backed by English Heritage. The project team includes QS Cyril Sweett and engineer Whitby Bird & Partners.
