Brick By Brick future up in the air after council parent ‘goes bust’

Developer’s boss admitted this month it was in talks with buyers because of Croydon’s money woes

Croydon council has effectively gone bust after issuing a section 114 notice banning all new expenditure in the borough.

The move further raises possibility that it will be forced to cash in and sell its Brick By Brick development company to raise funds.
