Pollard Thomas Edwards Architects teams up with Groveworld to develop and build City Wharf in Islington

Pollard Thomas Edwards Architects (PTEa) have taken on the role of joint developer and contractor with Groveworld at this scheme in Islington, north London.

The City Wharf project is designed to redevelop City Road Basin into a land and water amenity. This is PTEa’s third development on Graham Street in Islington. It is made up of 83 mixed-tenure homes with ground floor commercial space and a public garden next to the canal.
