Firm to plan conversion of historic building into hotel
Architect Blair Associates has been appointed to design plans to convert London’s historic Admiralty Arch into a luxury hotel.
The government-owned building has been leased to Prime Investors Capital for £60m, which intends to renovate the building and turn it into a 100-bedroom hotel.
Once the plans are complete the project will need to get permission to change the use of the building and be submitted for planning permission
Blair Associates is currently working on a refurbishment and extension of Claridge’s hotel in London and has previously worked on The Ritz and the Burlington.
