Urban Initiatives has been appointed to draw up a masterplan for the £10bn regeneration of Birmingham city centre, the biggest plan of its kind in the UK.
The strategy, which will cost £750,000, will co-ordinate physical, economic and cultural development over 20 years.
Urban Initiatives is the lead member of a team that also includes Urban Delivery, Donaldsons (soon to be part of DTZ), Roger Tym & Partners, Trowers & Hamlins, EC Harris, M&N and Atelier Ten.
