Former executive director at Planestation Group replaces Stephen North who retired last week

Small housebuilder Ben Bailey has appointed Nick Godfrey as finance director.

Godfrey’s most recent permanent role was as executive director at Planestation Group (formerly Wiggins Group), which he left in early January 2005.

Subsequently that company went into administration on 26 July last year, and into liquidation on 25 July this year.

Since leaving Wiggins Godfrey has undertaken consultancy work at Wates’ housebuilding division. Also previously he was group financial controller at Taylor Woodrow.

At Ben Bailey he replaces Stephen North, who retired on 11 August.
