English Partnerships selects Barratt to develop a 530-home development in the M11 corridor
Barratt has been chosen by English Partnerships to develop a new £100m community in the M11 corridor.
The 27-acre site in Harlow, Essex, was acquired from English Partnerships with outline planning consent for 530 homes.
Barratt has submitted an application to Harlow District Council for the first phase of building, which it hopes to launch in September.
The housebuilder is working with Essex-based Grafik Architects to develop a range of houses and apartments.
Barratt has been involved in several developments in Harlow, including the recently completed apartments at the City Links scheme and Prospect Royal (pictured), a development of 91 one and two-bedroom apartments.
