Public sector wins include social housing in Liverpool
Manchester-based contractor Bardsley Construction has won three new contracts worth £10.4m.
The £70m firm will build a new primary school and nursery for St Austin’s Primary School in St Helen’s - a £3.35m contract with Tuneside Ltd – a 2,370m2 sports centre for Merchant Taylor’s Schools as part of a contract worth £3.7m and has won a final contract worth £3.5m to build 40 apartments for Eldonians and Liverpool Housing Trust off Vauxhall Road, Liverpool.
Wayne Bardsley, the chairman of Bardsley Construction, said: “Bardsley continues to benefit from its growing reputation for work for the public sector with an emphasis on partnerships with clients including local authorities, education bodies, housing associations and health authorities.”
