Bam Construction has won a £22m job to build a new secondary school in in East Renfrewshire, Glasgow

Bam was appointed to build Barrhead High School by East Renfrewshire council.

The BDP-designed school is be built through the Scottish government’s Schools for the Future programme run by the Scottish Futures Trust.

The project involves the construction of a new High School for 800 pupils and 100 vocational student placements, including the demolition of existing school and as well as the construction of new sports pitches.

Bam also recently completed the new £28.9m Eastwood High School in Newton Mearns.
