Graham Cash to replace retiring Richard Gregory at BAM Construct while Stephen Fox takes over at BAM Nuttall
Richard Gregory will retire as chief executive of BAM Construct on 1 April.
He will be replaced by Graham Cash, the BAM Construct South-eastern director, as part of wider changes at the £1.75bn-turnover Dutch-owned group.
Cash is an architect by training and early on in his career worked for John S Bonnington Partnership and Arup Associates.
Meanwhile Stephen Fox succeeds Martin Rogers as chief executive of civil engineer BAM Nuttall. In a statement the group said Rogers will now “concentrate on his Royal BAM Group executive board roles that include the UK and Ireland”.
Rogers said: “BAM continues to become more influential in the UK. We aim to continue our sound performance although market conditions will remain challenging in all construction sectors. We intend to do this by developing the BAM brand and growing our market share in both our existing and emerging market sectors.
“I am confident in the strengths of the UK management teams and all our staff and their ability to provide all our customers in both public and private sectors with an excellent and sustainable service.”
