Contractor scoops contracts with University of Exeter and Lincolnshire County Council
Balfour Beatty has won two education sector contracts totalling £134m.
The first is the £77m deal to build student accommodation at the University of Exeter. It is its third contract award by the University Partnerships Programme and is due to complete in late 2012.
The second contract is a £57m deal for three design-and-build contracts for Lincolnshire County Council as part of the National Academies Framework.
Chief executive, Ian Tyler, said: “We are delighted to have been selected to build new accommodation for students in Exeter and to provide state-of-the-art academies in Lincolnshire, adding to our extensive work in the education sector.”
