Seven-year contract with technology company will be worth at least £15m a year
Balfour Beatty has won a seven-year contract to provide FM services for QinetiQ.
The construction group will work for the technology solutions company across 31 sites in the UK.
The company will be responsible for M&E and building fabric maintenance, waste management, logistics, cleaning and ground maintenance.
Balfour Beatty chief executive Ian Tyler said: "We look forward to transforming the facilities management service to support QinetiQ's ability to operate efficiently across all of its sites."
