Balfour Beatty Workplace scoops 10-year contract for managing highways for Southampton City council
Balfour Beatty Workplace has won a £100m contract with Southampton City council for highways asset management in the borough.
The 10-year contract will also cover transport planning and includes a five-year optional extension.
Balfour Beatty chief executive, Ian Tyler, said: “We are delighted to have signed this important strategic partnership contract with Southampton City Council. We look forward to delivering an effective, efficient, sustainable and customer-focused highways service for the City.”
