Construction group also reveals £91m of contract wins on North Lanarkshire schools PPP
Balfour Beatty has won £191m of education contracts including a £100m Greenwich BSF construction partner contract.
The Greenwich contract awarded by VT Group will see the delivery of the Thomas Tallis and Crown Woods secondary schools.
Balfour Beatty has also won design and preconstruction services on four schools on the North Lanarkshire Council Schools and Centres 21 Framework.
The contract worth £91m will start in 2010 and will see the delivery of Alexandra and Rochsolloch shared primary campus school, in Airdrie, Caldervale High School in Airdrie, Caldervale High School in Shotts and St Ambrose & Drumpark ASN High School in Coatbridge.
Balfour Beatty has already built 24 new schools in North Lanarkshire as part of the £150m Education 2010 PPP project.
