Balfour Beatty will design and construct the Victoria and Stobhill hospitals for NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde
Contractor Balfour Beatty has reached financial close on the £180m Victoria and Stobhill Hospitals PFI project in Glasgow.
Balfour Beatty will be responsible for the £180m contract to design and construct the hospitals, which will be built for NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde. The facilities are scheduled for completion in spring 2009.
The PFI concession on the project, which will run for 33 years, will be operated by a special purpose company led by specialist developer Canmore Partnerships.
