Beware, it's that time when Christmas lights go up in town centres - but not always with public safety in mind

She says: "I was amazed watching four men attempt to hang these Christmas lights. They were not tied on in any respect and were making somewhat of a dog's dinner of hanging these lights as well as clowning around on the roof of this building which is Glasgow's Gallery of Modern Art."
