The Chesterfield-based firm said the new homes would range in size from 630ft² two-bedroom properties through to 1,140ft² four-bedroom homes
Avant Homes, the privately-owned housebuilder, is rolling out nine new house types as it seeks to broaden its property range and hit revenues of more than £500m a year.
The Chesterfield-based firm said the new homes would range in size from 630ft² two-bedroom properties through to 1,140ft² four-bedroom homes.
Avant said it would also roll out new design specifications (pictured) to “reflect the latest retail trends”, and aimed to expand its operations in the north of the UK with a new, fifth, operating region in the Yorkshire/East Midlands area.
In a statement it said its new design spec gave customers “the home they want, not the product housebuilders say they should have”.
Avant said it completed 1,636 homes in the year to 30 April 2017, and aimed to deliver more than 2,000 completions annually in the near future.
