AtkinsRéalis-owned MMC developer Edaroth posts £2.8m loss

Firm expects to make profit in 2024

Edaroth has reported a loss of £2.8m but said it expects to be profitable from 2024.

The MMC housing developer in its accounts for the year to 31 December, reported its annual loss has increased by £619,000 on the £2.18m posted in the same period the previous year.

Edaroth, which is owned by design and engineering giant AtkinsRealis, said the loss was due to phasing of contracted development agreements, which results in lower revenues in early stages of planning.
