Acqusition of Kent-based Cathedral Contracts will double the size of ISG's retail fit-out operation
Interior Services Group has acquired fit-out specialist Cathedral Contracts for £11.8m.
Cathedral, which specialises in retail fit-out, will double the size of ISG’s retail operation. The Whitstable-based company’s senior management team will remain in place.
David Lawther, chief executive of ISG, said: “Our strategy remains to increase the scale of the group through both organic growth and selective acquisitions. We remain committed to widening the range of services that we can offer clients, whilst diversifying and growing our income streams.”
For the year ended June 2006, Cathedral Contracts reported an operating profit of £1.7m on a turnover of £40m.
