Arup is introducing a new flexible working model for its 15,500 global staff in what it has called a “new era” of post-covid working.

In the UK, the engineering consultancy’s 6,000 employees will be allowed to choose their working days across a seven day week, working flexibly between Monday and Sunday including evenings and early mornings.
