Housebuilder's sites in Nottinghamshire include Mansfield Woodhouse site with 22 homes and Mansfield site with 32 homes
Housebuilder and commercial business park developer Artisan has purchased three new housing sites in Nottinghamshire for £3.6m.
Rippon Homes announced the purchase of the new sites. These include the Mansfield Woodhouse site which will include 22 homes, incorporating a mix of 4 bedroom detached and 3 bedroom starter units, and another Mansfield site with 32 homes and a similar mix.
Artisan chief executive Chris Musselle, said: “These sites are carefully chosen to provide the type of accommodation sought by families without resorting to excessive concentrations of three storey units. With further sites in the course of acquisition and yet more sites agreed, it underlines our confidence in the future of this business.”
