Architect Austin-Smith:Lord has released its designs for One Arthouse Square in the Ropewalks area of Liverpool, a scheme jointly funded by developer Frenson and the North West Development Agency. The building will provide 30,000 ft2 of office space and a backdrop to the centre's external cinema screen. It is due for completion in the autumn. Paul Sheen Associates is project manager, The Livesey Group is contractor, Muir Associates and Price & Myers are design structural engineers, and Sleater & Watson is project structural engineer.
