Scheme will see the creation of 139 homes
Ardmore Construction has started work its Mildmay regeneration project in Tower Hamlets, London.
The £26m scheme will create 139 homes, 45 of which will be affordable housing, plus a health centre, church and commercial units. A grade-II listed community hall at the site will remain in place.
James Byrne, director at Ardmore said: “We are delighted to be on site with the Mildmay project. The Ardmore First Base Partnership brings together fixed price cost certainty and high quality delivery capability with extensive regeneration and place-making experience.”
