Housing association Family Mosaic appoints Irish contractor to build 190 homes

Ardmore Construction has been contracted by housing association Family Mosaic to deliver the £23 million next phase of the 1200 home Heathside and Leithbridge regeneration project.

Ardmore will build a 17 storey building plus associated smaller buildings to create 190 new homes for affordable rent, shared ownership and private sale.

Family Mosaic has been working with Lewisham council, PRP architects and local community groups on the regeneration project since 2006. There are currently 565 homes provided, with the completed project to include a mix of affordable and private homes for rent and sale.
