Five-year contract covers all refurbishment and maintenance in William Sutton Homes' South and Central regions
Property services group Apollo has won a £22.5m social housing contract from William Sutton Homes.
The five-year deal covers all refurbishment and maintenance work in the registered social landlord's South and Central regions. This includes London, the South-east, the home counties and East Anglia.
Apollo chief executive Rob McGregor said he is delighted with the appointment, which takes the firm's 2008 social housing contract wins to £528m.
He said: “Our housing team has delivered an outstanding result, beating 62 companies in competition for the appointment. The longevity of the programme will enable us to forge strong links with residents and improve the quality of life for hundreds of families.”
McGregor added: “Our expertise in delivering major community investment projects means we finished the year in great shape and with a solid forward order book.”
