Scheme being developped by Lendlease and LCR

International Quarter commercial building AFK Stratford (1)

A 22-storey commercial building at the £2.4bn joint venture development between Lendlease and London and Continental Railways at the International Quarter London development in Stratford has been given the green light.

Planners at the London Legacy Development Corporation have resolved to approve plans for the building designed by Arney Fender Katsalidis which will provide 350,000ft2 of new workspace on the edge of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park..

It will also include public communal spaces, ground floor retail and first floor leisure space.
