Recent wins include financial close on £30m Derbyshire Healthcare PFI
Alfred McAlpine has secured a series of new contracts worth £350m including £150m of civils work.
New building projects worth over £60m were won including a £32m mixed use scheme in Solihull and two new heath centres for the Stockport PCT.
Derby County Council awarded the company a £36m to provide inspection and maintenance services for the Council's roads and pavements until 2012.
Alfred McAlpine’s business services department won contracts worth more than £90m. This included providing logistics services for Aggregate Industries at its Glensanda Quarry in Scotland.
The company’s Arden Partnership also reached financial close on the £30m Derbyshire project, which is part of the Three Shires Batched Mental Healthcare PFI scheme.

Civils wins included a ECI contract on highway works in the Camborne-Poole-Redruth area, a contract for the construction of the A1 link road between Hemsworth and Barnsdale Bar in Yorkshire and a contract to design and build the A47 Earl Shilton Bypass in Leicestershire.
