Swan Housing Group has submitted slimmed-down plans for an eco tower in London’s Docklands.

The registered social landlord has cut the number of units in its planned redevelopment of Alberta House, Blackwall, to 133. The scheme, which meets the EcoHomes Excellent standard, was revised after the group’s first application for the site had to be withdrawn amid fierce criticism from neighbours.
