Architect AFL is providing the banks of the Mersey with a second residential tower.
Architect AFL has designed a new £22m residential tower for Princes Dock in Liverpool.
The 26-storey Alexandra Tower for developer Millennium Estates will contain 201 apartments, 400ft2 of retail/office space and six storeys of parking.
The tower is positioned at the southern corner of the original entrance to Prince’s Dock and Half Tide Dock.
AFL is currently on site with its first residential building at Princess Dock, a £33m twin tower scheme for City Loft Developments. The practice also designed the W3 mixed use retail and residential development in Whitworth Street, Manchester.
