Joint venture signs £1.87bn contract for Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates-designed Midfield Terminal Building

Abu Dhabi International Airport Midefield Terminal

Abu Dhabi Airports Company and the joint venture of TAV, CCC, and Arabtec have signed a £1.87bn contract for the construction of the Midfield Terminal Building at Abu Dhabi International Airport, designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates.

Construction of the 700,000m2 terminal will start this year, with the opening due by 2017.
