Alex Fomin sent this photo to Building from Russia. "The bended guy was cutting metal with angle grinder on the driveway in to the residential area and he was working in front of the loading bay where lorries were approaching. The tower was supported by a piece of timber and there was no guard rails or PPE for the workers."
