Architect John Thompson & Partners has released images of a mixed-use landmark project in Cambridge.

A Cambridge first
A Cambridge first

Designed in conjunction with Biscoe + Stanton Architects for developer Highland, the 10-storey tower marks the apex of a prominent triangular site bounded by the London to Cambridge railway line and Hills Road. A public square acts as the meeting place between the development and student accommodation for Peterhouse College, which was built as an earlier phase of the project. The scheme contains a total of 137 apartments arranged around a landscaped courtyard as well as commercial and leisure facilities and is due for completion in 2006.
