Hammerson, Multiplex and Standard Life have started a public consultation process on plans for the £4bn regeneration of Brent Cross and Cricklewood in north-west London.
The aim is to revitalise a 100ha area of the town centre over 20 years. The scheme includes 7,500 homes, the revamping of the shopping centre and high street, new parks, schools, health facilities, a leisure centre, and train and bus stations. It is hoped to provide 27,000 jobs.
