New play space: Alexandra Bruton, aged 8, enjoys the new Harvey Park play area on the Longwood estate in Slough, Berkshire.

The play area is part of the £30m regeneration of the estate being conducted by Countryside Properties with Parkside Housing Group.

The project includes the refurbishment of 192 flats in two 13-storey flat blocks and the construction of 152 houses and flats for rent.
