MR Security has re-branded itself as the MRFS Group, and has also announced its third acquisition in the form of the intruder alarm division of Surrey-based Arrow Security.

The remainder of the MRFS Group comprises MR Security, Hoffman Security plc and Oakley Systems Ltd.

Tony Bygraves, chief executive of the new MRFS Group, said: "Three acquisitions in as many months is a great achievement and means we can continue to maximise economies of scale and engineer performance, to focus on the best service practice and value for money for all our customers."
