The first in the latest series of Lighting Masterclasses takes place at Macdonald Houstoun House near Edinburgh on 19 October, with the theme ‘New technology, new legislation, new opportunities’.

Topics being covered include Part L; lighting for harsh environments; LEDs; controls and light sources; exterior spaces and lighting for health.

The cost of these one day events is just £30 plus VAT, thanks to continuing sponsorship from Holophane Europe, Philips Lighting and Thorn Lighting. This includes lunch and a memory stick with copies of the presentations and associated information.
