Plans for the £50m transformation of a south-east London estate have been submitted for planning approval. If they win approval, 500 new homes – 250 of them social – a park and shops will be built on the New Haddo estate in Greenwich.

Architect Stock Woolstencroft has designed the scheme for Bellway Homes, London & Quadrant Housing Trust, Ujima Housing Association and Tower Homes.
