The NGG Series of multi-function, multi-range electronic timers form Wieland Electric suit DIN rail installation where space is at a premium.

They include a clock generator with fixed pulse/ pause and pulse output with operate delay, plus a pulse shaper/generator with settable pause time. Settings range from 0·1 s to 300 h in 16 time ranges.

New starter

Eaton has replaced the ADS7 motor starter range with the ADS8 range.

ADS8 starters are available for direct online uses up to 9 kW; they are rated 18 A for AC3 duty. Units are offered for 220-240 V and 380-415 V applications.

The PID500 is an advanced controller that can take inputs from a range of thermocouple types and PT100 probes. Analogue inputs from voltage and current sources can also be selected.

The standard model has two relay or SSR outputs that can be used as heat and alarm or heat-cool operations.
