The 3rdi mobile security system has won the 'New Concept' category in the Mustard.uk.com Gold Awards.

The system, which allows users to keep an eye on their possessions via their mobile phone, beat off over 100 firms from the West Midlands to win the prize.

The 3rdi system – which has been featured on ITV's 'This Morning' programme – is based on a small camera that can be positioned anywhere to watch over any items of value in the home, garage, or even car.

Once the camera is in position, users can view live footage of their possessions from whenever and wherever they want by utilising their mobile phone.

"This award is a glowing endorsement of how far we have come and will undoubtedly offer increased credibility of our product range to new and existing companies," 3rdi chief executive officer Paul Rogerson said.
