Metal monty

Metal monty: A horse called Monty has been stabled at Montagu Road in Edmonton, north London, to mark the 40th birthdays of two local housing associations. The one-tonne horse, commissioned by London & Quadrant Housing Trust and Metropolitan Housing Trust, is made from recycled metal. Sculptor Iain Nutting said: “Large public art always causes controversy but I hope people will come to like Monty.”
