12:35PM Consultant to control costs on £11.5m new building
McBains Cooper has been appointed by the University of Brighton on a £11.5m scheme providing new classrooms and labratories at the Moulsecoomb campus.
The three-storey, 6500 sq m building will comprise two separate blocks and be built in two phases.
McBains Cooper is providing cost management services.
The architect is Llewellyn Davies Yeang. No contractor has been appointed yet.
Start on site is scheduled for March 2007.
