The latest innovation from Lorient Polyproducts has been designed to simplify the process of glazing 30 minute fire doors, offering improved efficiency for glazing installers.
Developed in conjunction with Pilkington, the System-321 fire resistant glazing system uses a clip-together method which can reduce the time taken to glaze a fire door from over ten minutes to less than two. No tools are required to install the system, which fits together in three simple steps.

System-321 is offered in a range of sizes, with light or dark hardwood beads, and with either clear Pilkington PyrodurTM Plus or Pilkington PyroshieldTM fire resistant glass. The entire system is supplied complete in one package, for simpler inventory control.

System-321 has been thoroughly tested, meeting the requirements of both BS476 Pt22: 1987 and the new European standard BSEN 1634-1:2000. It also carries CERTIFIRE approval, ref CF325
