The Snow Hill Crime prevention association (CPA) - Sponsered by leading security contractor The Shield Guarding Company - welcomed David Brewer CMG, Lord Mayor of the City of London, to its recent Annual General Meeting.

This represents the first time a Lord Mayor has ever visited one of the CPA gatherings. Brewer is known to be a strong supporter of the security industry, and indeed is sponsoring The Company of Security Professionals.

A cheque for £2,000 was presented to the Lord Mayor's nominated charity Treloar, which helps young people with physical disabilities.
