An innovative, high performance perimeter sealing system, from Tremco illbruck, has been specified for the refurbishment and installation of a new lift and entrance area for a listed building in Worcestershire.
Hartlebury Castle has been home to the Bishops of Worcester for over a thousand years. Today, it is still home to the Bishop, as well as housing a local history museum.
Spectus Construction has recently completed the installation of the new glazed atrium and entrance lobby in the building for Worcestershire County Council.
As part of the work, Tremco illbruck’s new integrated i3 sealing system has been used for the perimeter sealing of the glazing units that make up the new atrium.
The i3 sealing was specified for this application by the Property Services Department at the county council.
