It aims to evaluate the services provided by the London homelessness charity.
It is part of a drive to double the scale of its operations in the next three years and increase the donations it gets from £500,000 to £1m each year, taking its total budget to £1.8m by 2007.
David Devoy, head of hostels and services, said: “We are now challenging ourselves to provide more for our clients – 300 helped into work will double to 600.”
