LEEDS THE WAY: Yorkshire Housing has unveiled plans for a £6.5m regeneration project in Leeds.

The scheme of 54 flats for private sale and 25 for rent was designed by architect Cartwright Pickard and will be developed jointly with Urban Edge Group.

The design won a Leeds Development Agency competition for the site in 2002. The rented apartments will be built using off-site construction.
